Very central, clearly budget for the location, pretty clean. Rooms OK.
First impressions count!
The Indian check-in staff member let the side down. He refused to check us in 15 minutes before the 3pm check in, despite apparently having nothing else to do. He seemed surprised when we said we would simply come back later, rather than join the group of twenty or so guests milling around waiting for 3pm. It felt like a classic case of being a “jobsworth”: if you are able to check guests in and are otherwise unoccupied, why not just get on with it?
Cleaning staff took our own unused tea-bag. They were not supposed to clean at all on that day, just change the towels. The hotel supplied no teabags or coffee in the room.
Breakfast was fairly basic considering the price, but acceptable.

The toilet and bathroom are separated and quite spacious in Japan standard. Location is convenient as the hotel is close to Tsukiji Market and Ginza (5 mins walk to Tsukiji) and (10-15 mins walk to Ginza).
The room is clean and according to the hotel (for eco reason) they don’t clean the room everyday. We stayed for 7 nights and they only cleaned the room once on the 5th day of our stay. However, they change the towels and clear garbages everyday.

"The location was perfect! 10 minute walk to the main Ginza shopping area and a 5 minute walk to the Tsukiji Market. The Hibiya line was 1 few minutes away and could take you anywhere in Tokyo."
