Really well thought out room. Comfortable bed. Extra amenities like cutlery and crockery easily ordered and quickly delivered. A great bar in the lobby selling food and drink at normal prices (and how rare is that in a hotel!) Excellent washer-dryer in the room and also a microwave. Beautiful onsen.
A great location too - right by Tsukiji market and 12-15 mins walk from Ginza.
Rooftop restaurant let the place down - high prices and tiny portions. Just not in line with the rest of the offering.
The table in the room was a bit too small for two people and there was nowhere to keep dry goods (cereal, crisps etc).

Newish and wonderful staff.
Location was not great. Frosted windows were awful. Pillows filled with pebbles. Due to the storm we ate dinner in the restaurant, big mistake.
