Staff was friendly and helpful, they tried their best to suit my halal dietary options with their chef in their restaurant. Lobby was also a nice distraction for nights.

Modern and efficient without loosing the comforts. Best View on the streets and connections to other places in Tokyo. Good breakfast offerings. I love the varieties of fruits, salads and Japanese fresh made rice balls.
The place for breakfast is quite narrow for the rush hours at breakfast time. Especially when I have hot cup of tea in my hand and other people are rushing by, I am afraid of spilling it.

Outstanding location and comfortable room
Breakfast seemed to be only the buffett. Would be nice to be able to grab something smaller on the go.
