The room is clean, spacious and location very good.
Good onsen place.
Just the staff so so and check out time 11am.. maybe majority of the hotels but the way the handle could be better.

Great location and very helpful, friendly staff. The onsen was decent, and I loved the comfortable bed and the nice pajamas provided. Everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. The luggage delivery service was also very convenient and worked really well. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
A few small improvements could make the experience even better. A Nespresso machine in the room would be a nice addition, and it would also be great to have some basic facial cleansing products among the amenities.

The rooms are spacious and location is fabulous. Good amenities as well.
There are occasional noise transfer from corridor or somewhere else.

Location is great. Clean hotel
Front staff was hit or miss. Some were great others not so much. Expensive for the size room and facilities.
