The room and bathroom is spacious and clean. The location is very good, plenty of restaurants nearby and within a walkable distance to Ginza

Great location, clean & comfortable room. Staying in a club room was definitely worth it, with higher level & quiet rooms along with drinks and nibbles each evening in the lounge however these never changed which was a shame.

good location close to ginza and directly next to shimbashi station.
it's all a bit tired and needs some updating - feels old fashioned. We chose it as they seemed to be offering bigger rooms but the room was the same size as other triple rooms we had in japan so no real space premium. The cafe area in reception was extremely expensive - approx £10 for a cappuccino - avoid!
