This was a great hotel in a great location. There was lots of eateries around the hotel and whilst they were filled with salarymen, it all made for a unique place to stay. The room was excellent and clean and the breakfast was very good - and we appreciated the fresh soy milk at the buffet too.
The onsen users could get quite noisy - more guidance could be displayed around this.

Great location, close to the subway and surrounded by lots of local restaurants. The hotel is clean, and the customer service and housekeeping were excellent.
The best part is definitely the rooftop communal bath, which stays open until late, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The only drawback is that there are quite a few of nightclubs in the neighborhood.

Rooms were not cleaned everyday; toilets were dirty and smelly; bed sheets were not changed during our stay.
