Decent sized room and daily replenishment of tea/coffee/water/toiletries.
Really kind staff, who were very helpful during our stay- especially Mayumi Fujjioka who was very friendly and helped us organise our baggage shipping to Kyoto!
The check in time was a little late, but there is a nice lounge you can wait in (with air con!)

The property is located in a clean, accessible area of Tokyo. Transportation options only a short walk away. The property was clean and the staff welcoming and kind.
Nothing! It was great value for the money and was a quiet, calm retreat following busy days.

Good location
Cold, clinical hotel not for holiday makers but for business people. We don’t recommend this hotel if you are a tourist. Very small rooms, uncomfortable beds. Not warmth to this hotel - it’s all business
