Water bottles provided and coffee pods reloaded everyday.
The view!! The location!
When doing the earth friendly experience by not having our room made up, we did not get replacement water bottles and coffee pods. We did ask and were graciously provided but it was a big effort for the staff after housekeeping was gone for the day.

The location is right next to a station. Very comfortable to travel around Tokyo. It also has an amazing view to the Tokyo Tower. Great place!

The location was great! Loved the spacious room and the view from the window was amazing! Especially during the thunderstorm that happened during my stay
The bathroom could do with an update and the vent inside cleaning. The receptionist also kept referring to me as ma’am which is okay once or twice but it was heavily overused and came off rude. Side note the Lawson staff lady was incredibly rude also but not the hotels fault!

Room was extremely spacious and at first glance very nice. Pillows and bedding very comfortable. The size of bathroom was great as well. Lots of options in the building for eating, the breakfast was fantastic.
Room cleanliness was lacking. Multiple coffee stains in the room. Black ish type of stains in corners and along edge top of bathroom. Unfortunately and I do not truely blame the management of this place but there were bugs crawling out of the drain in the bathroom. Not large ones, smaller ones but there was a solid line of them along the bottom of the bathtub. The wallpaper and caulking is definitely showing its age.
