Nice hotel with a decent location

The room itself was very spacious, probably the largest of three hotels I stayed in while in Japan. The room was nice and had standard modern amenities like USB chargers and multi-light controls. Overall a nice room for a decent price, and within a reasonable walking distance to train stations, restaurants, and some shopping.

While the staff does speak some English, I had minimal interaction with them aside from check-in and check out. Polite but maybe just a little impersonal. Not necessarily a bad thing, I arrived late in the day straight after 14 hours of flying and almost 2 hours of trains, so I'm sure I wasn't at my best myself. The bathroom was also slightly dated compared to the rest of the room, but completely usable and clean.

A comfortable hotel in a quiet and convenient location.

One of our rooms had a beautiful view of the park and Tokyo Tower. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quite spacious for Japanese standards. The bathroom was a bit dated but very clean. There is a great bakery cafe/ restaurant close by that serves excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner options and there is a Lawson's convenience store under the hotel. The shrine beside the hotel is worth visiting and you can watch one of the priests ring the giant bell at 5pm. The coffee shop in the temple grounds is lovely and has excellent coffee and ice cream.

The superior king room was very comfortable but had a view of the carpark. The hotel restaurants looked lovely but were quite expensive.

Un emplacement incroyable, des restaurants et une supérette dans l’hôtel top ! Chambre avec vue incroyable

Le personnel ! Première fois, et surtout au Japon, que je vois un personnel pas souriant, pas poli, qui ne fait pas d’effort pour comprendre, pas du tout accueillant !! Aucune aide, pas chaleureux…. Les étrangers les déranges je crois. Très très déçu.

It was central located hotel and next to subway station. We would stay here again .

Hotel was in great location and close to major attractions. The staffs were excellent and helpful. Hotel was located next to temple , park and Tokyo Tower.

We did not have much dislike about hotel.

東京タワー観光ならここが1番

東京タワーに近く隣に増上寺があり観光しやすいところがとても良かった。朝食の種類が多くオムレツを目の前で作ってもらえるので子どもにも好評だった。

水回りの古さ。Bookingではベッドが3つの部屋と表示されていたが実際は2つだった。ホテルの好意でベッドは増やしてもらえたがBookingの表記をきちんとしてほしい。

とても気持ち良く宿泊できました。

スタッフの対応がとても親切で良かった。ロケーションが、東京タワー🗼が良く見えて良かった。レストランも、和食の清水の雰囲気も味も良かった。特に中華のレストランは最高に美味しく頂きました。

建物が、古い分部屋が狭い感じがしました。

20時チェクインしたら、ルームサービスは無い、冷蔵庫は空っぽ、コンビニに行くのも面倒．困った。

それなりの料金を取るのなら、ルームサービスは欲しい．アルコールも冷蔵庫に入れておいて欲しい。

Good hotel, superb location

Excellent location, fabulous view and beautiful hotel grounds. Room was very clean. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

I felt like the price was expensive when the rooms were quite old, although clean.

Great location

Suche mir nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel mit derselben Aussicht

Lage war top. Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Tower war super

Die Ausstattung war sehr alt! Dringend eine Renovierung nötig! Im Internet habe ich einen Pool gesehen der beim Hotel ist. Für diesen musste man aber extra zahlen, da er unter einem anderen Besitzer läuft.

Colazione a buffet principesca con ampia scelta di cibi giapponesi e continentali. Ottimo anche il servizio laundry che abbiamo utilizzato. Posizione strategica, centrale e vicina a punti di interesse (tokyio tower e tempio buddista)

Good location and super comfy beds!

We loved the super comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. It was so nice to sink into after a long day out! We also liked that the room had ample space for 3 people. We also enjoyed having a kettle in the room to make our morning coffee and tea, and also being able to put the provided bottles of water into the fridge. The location was great with a few sights close by and a 15 min walk to train station.

Would like cheaper and more options for food at the hotel.

Disappointing - rooms are older than me (and I'm 42)

Exceptional

Great value for money

Hotel is set up in a park area with a big parking lot and a temple next to it, very quiet environment. We stayed in the 3-bed room, the 3rd bed is stowed under the second bed. With this bed stowed we had a nice seating area for coffee in the morning or a night cap in the evening. The beds were the most comfortable of all other hotels we slept in Japan. Bathroom fully eaquiped and of decent dimensions.Hotel is one of only a few in Tokyo that has a pool, and not a small one as well, didn't use it, but was available. Concierge very helpful with sending our heavy suitcase in advance to the airport with Yamoto. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Requested early check in (1400 in stead of 1500), on arrival at 1345 were told only check in after 1500, while waiting saw multiple other people checking in. On checking out ( after a 4 night stay) asked if a one hour late checkout (1200 in stead of 1100) was possible, was also turned down. A little disapointed about this, but would stay here again.

Good

Location is just opposite to Tokyo Tower. Take photo from the room is unique and memorable. Plus, breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which is really generous.

The hotel appears to save the renovation investment. Room table paint is peeling off, slippers are paper thin, AC in the building is nturned off. Putting all the dots together, the hotel is just trying to save every penny, resulting in decline in experience.

Dirty hotel. Old hotel and in need of system wide upgrades

Rooms are dirty. 1133 black mold all in the AC vents and shower Room 1131 black mold all in AC vents, none in shower. Both rooms do not cool properly. The issue is their monster AC system is not removing the moisture through dehumidification. So air is warm. Rooms are warm and moisture is produced. Feeding the mold It’s unsafe and they need to know about it They offered a fine housekeeping manager to come and see us in our room, we use Google translate and hopefully we’re able to successfully communicate. He was a star and super professional and to him I say thanks. But their offer was move out now now charge: it’s 6pm on a Friday night and my son and I are done for the day. The idea of moving to another hotel is not good right now But they offered a tray of refreshments. Which was a nice token gesture. Overall this hotel has seen its finest days and scratch the surface and you will see the dirt and cracks and rust etc. I am all about giving props when they are earnt and giving criticism when it’s due. I hope this will make some changes
