The view the position close to the new Tokyo and the train station is very good
The TV is old so not app no programs foreigner to fix and the contrôle is not easy to fix the thing

Outstanding service and good. Breakfast was delicious and the the food at the bar at night overlooking the Tokyo tower worth the experience
