We travelled as three families and chose this accommodation primarily for practical reasons, and it proved to be a sensible decision.
Some of us arrived via Haneda Airport and others via Narita, but being able to reach the same area directly from both airports made coordinating our arrival straightforward. We were able to meet without delays or unnecessary transfers, which made the start of the trip much easier.
The accommodation itself worked well for a group of our size. Everything we needed functioned as expected, and there were no issues during the stay.
Having everyone stay together in one place was far more convenient than splitting across multiple hotel rooms, both in terms of logistics and day-to-day use. Overall, it suited the way we were travelling and was a practical choice for our trip.

We stayed here as a group and had a very comfortable experience overall.
The building itself is older and there’s no elevator, but once inside everything felt clean, well maintained, and easy to use. The bathrooms were in great condition, and all the basic facilities worked without any issues during our stay.
Check-in was straightforward, and communication with the host was clear and responsive whenever we had questions.
The location was a big plus for us. Getting to and from the airport was simple, and it was easy to move around the city from here. Because of that, it felt like a place we could comfortably use as a base, and it made us think we’d happily stay here again if we came back to Tokyo.
For a larger group, it felt more relaxed and practical than booking multiple hotel rooms. Overall, we were happy with the value and our stay.
The building is older and doesn’t have an elevator, which may not suit everyone, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

The location was excellent. It was very convenient as the station was close by, even when returning late at night. There was also a convenience store nearby.
Although the building itself is old, the room was clean and well maintained, with plenty of amenities. It felt like a better value compared to nearby hotels.
We were traveling with a friend’s family and valued our privacy, and we were able to relax comfortably like at home. It was much calmer and more relaxing than staying at a hotel.
Nothing in particular. Communication with the staff via messages was smooth, which made us feel comfortable and reassured during our stay.
