lo que nos cobro booking el mismo precio de un hotel 4 estrellas y las instalaciones estaban muy deterioradas ,falta de mantenimiento a nivel edilicio

La ubicación está buena. En un barrio tranquilo y cerca del centro. Hay q tener movilidad lo único. La pileta estaba muy buena y el parque también.
El departamento estaba algo desprolijo, las cortinas sucias. El baño estaba bastante bien pero la canilla del lavamanos si la abrías como corresponde salpicaba todo y terminaba cayendo el agua en el piso. Había que abrirla un poquito. Faltaban mosquiteros, había que estar siempre con las ventanas y puertas cerradas.
