The location could not be more perfect
The room even if small is very convenient with the best view right on the seaside.
The rooftop terrace is terrific and not crowded even if shared with other guests
The kitchen equipment is a little scarce - not possible to find a decent cork screw, wine glasses or two similar coffee cups.
And the d er pace is so tight that actual cooling is impossible.
