in general ok
I paid in advance,so when I bought at the bar or for lunch,I had to pay again,normal,but I could not charge the cost
to my room for payment when I would check out.This I found unuseable and not very helpful;
No lift connection between hotel and parking,I guess it would be difficult physically to implement.

The reception and other staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. The woman who checked us in was so welcoming and helpful and all the staff we dealt with on reception and the barman were really lovely, helpful and polite. The location was really excellent as well and the garden and bar area very good.

Nice modern clean hotel, friendly staff, good location, great secure parking for motorcycles. I would stay again if in town.
