Kleine kamer, maar meer verwacht je niet op doorreis. Het bed was uitstekend. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. De kamer en toilet was goed schoon.
De kitranden in de de wasruimte zaten vol kalksteen en ook wat schimmel. Schoonmaken zal niet helpen. Gewoon de hele ruimte met nieuwe kit voorzien is geen enorme klus.

Qu’il n’y ai pas de système de badge ou digicode pour entrer dans l’hôtel après 22h.

The room and bathroom were clean, tidy, and small, but fine for an overnight stay.
The check-in and check-out process was a disaster. When we arrived at 8 PM, there was no one at the reception. We had to look around the entire facility for staff until an older lady—who actually works at the McDonald's located within the hotel—came to help us and gave us the room key. Unfortunately, she didn't speak English, but she was really polite and we managed to communicate somehow.
The check-out was handled by an employee who was simultaneously in charge of the kitchen. He just took the keys (card) and walked off to the kitchen.
The breakfast, which was included in the price, was a total shock. Flies were everywhere—it was completely unhygienic. The cutlery was not washed properly, and all the exposed food—cold cuts, cheeses, bread, jams, and croissants—was covered in flies. Is it really that hard to cover the food? The pictures don't even do it justice; it was three times worse in person.
We tried to explain the situation with the flies and ask for a breakfast refund since we couldn't eat, but the man at checkout didn't speak English. He just mumbled something in French and walked off into the kitchen.
The McDonald's within the hotel is open from 11:00 to 22:00. This is good to know because of the breakfast. I have written an email and a complaint asking for a refund for the breakfast because of the flies, but to this day, no answer from the hotel. Very disappointing!
