Friendly helpful staff especially reception.
Being told that I could not have items on menu unless I paid extra for them,, eg any prawn starter.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The garden was lovely and the breakfast was good.
The split level in the room, with no guard rail and the steps down to the desk.

Most of all, we loved the pool, it was very clean and well kept, surrounded by a garden with beautiful plants and trees. Our room was perfect, too. The restaurant had a great ambience. We would like to express our gratitude to Shimran and Poojan, who were very attentive and kind.
The Italian dishes on the menu could be improved. Otherwise, the food was great.
