Sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable room, perfect location just in front of the beach which had a netted swimming area to prevent from jellyfish. All facilities were available including coffee on demand and dining area in the green yard and near the beach. Parking spaces by the building with easy access from the hotel. Our room had a lovely balcony with amazing views. A couple of really good restaurants a few steps away, more in the centre of the village 2 min on foot. The owners were super friendly and helpful. What a delight to stay there for 5 nights. We couldn’t find a better place to relax. We’re planning to come back again. Thank you so much Dimitra and her mom for looking after us with and making our holidays such a fantastic time.

Είχαμε με τη σύζυγό μου, μια σύντομη διαμονή (1 ημέρα μόνο), στο όλο ταξίδι μας στη Βόρεια Εύβοια, αλλά την απολαύσαμε με την υποδειγματική φιλοξενία από τις ιδιοκτήτριες κα Ελένη & κα Δήμητρα.
Η εντύπωση που μας έμεινε από το Lappas Rooms στις Ροβιές Ευβοίας ήταν ότι ήρθαμε στη θεία μας και την ξαδέρφη μας! Τόσο εγκάρδιες, χαμογελαστές και φιλόξενες είναι οι ιδιοκτήτριες.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο, πεντακάθαρο, σύγχρονα εξοπλισμένο, με τελευταίας γενιάς κλιματισμό, αθόρυβο και αποδοτικό, ψυγειάκι, κουζινάκι το οποίο είχε όντως όλα τα απαραίτητα, καλαθάκι πρωινού στο τραπέζι με μαρμελαδάκια, φρυγανιές καφέδες ζάχαρες και μιξεράκι για καφέ, άνετο κρεβάτι και στρώμα, άνετα μαξιλάρια, επίπεδη τηλεόραση, ντουλάπα που δε σιχαίνεσαι να βάλεις τα ρούχα σου, μεγάλο μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα χωρίς κουρτίνα ! ( καλύτερα κυρίες και κύριοι...η κουρτίνα σε ενοικιαζόμενα είναι εστία μικροβίων), κουβά, σκούπα και σφουγγαρίστρα για τα νερά και γενικά ότι θα είχε ο καθένας στο σπίτι του.
Η καθαριότητα του χώρου, μας εντυπωσίασε από την πρώτη στιγμή. Υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά φρεσκάδας σε όλο το δωμάτιο, σε σημείο που έψαχνα που είναι το επαγγελματικό αρωματικό χώρου, το οποίο φυσικά δεν υπήρχε. Τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες ήταν τόσο καθαρά που μύριζε όλο το δωμάτιο.
Παραλία ακριβώς μπροστά με δίχτυ για μέδουσες και άλλα ''θαλάσσια τέρατα''.
Και όλα αυτά σε ελκυστικότατη τιμή για Αύγουστο 2026.
Είναι σίγουρο ότι θα είναι πρώτη μας επιλογή σε επόμενες εξορμήσεις.
Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία.

We enjoyed this boutique hotel by the sea. It was quiet and peaceful with plenty of shade and gardens when we needed a break from the sun and water. The lobby was decorated with beautiful handmade pottery. I wanted to take it all home with me. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the excellent stay!

Camera spaziosa , dotata di tutto ,pulitissima, balcone vista mare, strada silenziosa, si sente il mare la notte.
La signora madre della propria é stata gentilissima. Posizione comoda per visitare la zona nord e la costa opposta di Evia.
