My stay at Pappagallo was fantastic! The B&B is at the top of a hill so you get a beautiful view of Leuca, the faro and the sea. Location is perfect: less than 10 minutes walking from beaches and many restaurants in the centre. The bus stop of the 'Salento in bus' service is less than 10 minutes (so very convenient for those like me moving around by bus, which can be convenient during summer). My room was very big and super clean, with a beautiful terrace facing the sea. Last but not least, the owner (Cosimo) and the staff members (Francesca and the other young lady welcoming at the check-in) were super nice and very welcoming, providing lots of advices for making the most of my experience in Leuca. I had a great (though short) stay!

The staff was amazing and the air conditioning was perfect. Perfect location close to beaches and not to far from different areas to explore

One of our apartments was next to lobby so in the morning you could hear the people talking

The place is nice and clean, the host is super nice, friendly. The surrounding area is worth a hike/walk. Beautiful rocks and sea. Great restaurant options.

Our plan this holiday was to tour the south of Italy, which we did and this was one of the many stops along the way.. The setting was great right at the tip of the Heal The room met our expections as did all of the other ones we used

The property is on the hill overlooking the bay, has wonderful views. It’s clean, comfortable and very quiet at night. Breakfast is good and the owners are very friendly, they speak a little English with sign language!

A decent location with a rewarding view, decent breakfast and a parking space included. Helpful staff and good communication. It's tough to express, but at Pappagallo we felt good, but not really comfortable.

Leuca itself appeared a bit disappointing place itself.

Parking

The bed was horrible, Mattress very very old. Felt every feather and after one night I was very hurt. Very noisy room. Host very unfriendly, doesn't speak any english. We booked for two nights but left the Appartment after one night after long Diskussion with Booking and the owner. This valuation is based on the Appartment we got, right next to the Reception.

It has best panorama of Santa Maria di Leuca cost, you can enjoy the view during the breakfast. Also privet park area inside the structure.

It’s in small hill. You need to walk 10 mins to seaside of city which is also center.

The room was clean and fully equipped with everything needed. It is located on the hill, good 20 mins walk to the city center. A parking place in front of the rooms. The breakfast is ok with a variety of sweet cakes.

We were not given a room with a terrasse. Definitely, ask for a room with a balcony and view to enjoy the evenings.

For the price we stayed at other properties in puglia that excelled this place; whilst it meets all of your basic needs there is nothing exceptional.
