TOP Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Eingangsbereich sehr stimmig gestaltet

Matratze und Bett haben mich an ein Gefängnisbett erinnert: Metallgestell mit einer butterweichen Matratze. Ein Albtraum! Klimaanlage funktioniert nur, wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, dafür fehlt aber jegliche Info dazu an der AC selbst oder einer Gästeinfomappe. Learning by doing! Einige Mitarbeiter nur bedingt freundlich! Ich bin auf Fahrradreise in entsprechender Ausrüstung unterwegs und die Dame beim Check-out meinte wohl, mich dadurch geringschätziger beurteilen zu können, als wenn ich einen Anzug getragen hätte.

Struttura molto ordinata e pulita, staff cortese e sollecito, ottima colazione. Belli i quadri, la passione per l'arte della proprietà è evidente.

La mancanza dell'ascensore. L'area di parcheggio è una comodità non da poco, ma lo spazio non è molto, com'è accaduto a me può succedere di trovare l'auto leggermente toccata.

Posizione ottima, disponibilità ottima di proprietaria, staff in generale di reception, bar, riordino camere.

La colazione è buona ma migliorabile: le marmellate sono confezionate, caotica nel servizio, il cappuccino/caffè/latte macchiato/soia a mio avviso non buoni, forse è la macchina..non saprei
