Really good hotel in a beautiful location with excellent customer service. For example I met a really nice staff member called Jessica who works the night shift and was extremely helpful in postponing our checkout time when our flight got delayed, while also still being friendly and chatty despite the late hour. Really commendable service. Would definitely stay here again.
On my cliffside room balcony i had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding islands, however this was somewhat spoiled by the ugly metal guardrails and low uncomfortable chairs that make it hard to enjoy the view. It would be a good adjustment if they had higher and more comfortable chairs that allow you to see over the rails and admire the view.
Additionally, while the car service for getting customers around the hotel grounds was excellent and super fast, a couple of the cars they use could do with servicing as while you're in the back all you can smell is exhaust fumes which is unpleasant and unhealthy.

The cleaning room was great: most friendly and very clean. The hornbill birds and the monkeys were interesting to watch. the family rooms are very spacious. the gardening work on the property is very beautiful. As our room was not as showed on the booking.com app we asked for a room change; the staff was very nice about it and tried hard to find solutions.
there is no proper beach in a sense that there is a seawall and a big sandy patch. the missing beach doesnt allow you to walk along the beach without getting into the water hip-deep. its a very big resort (at least 500 guests when fully booked in January) which also means it has some anonymity attached to it and they charge you 100bath a day for sand box toys which i found very stingy and not a good service for a hotel with so many family rooms.
