I loved every second of my accommodation! I really recommend it with my eyes closed to everyone! The Riad is very well located, it is only a few minutes walk from where the famous place where the leather is made is located. It is worth remembering that if, like me, you need to wash clothes, they have this service available, I left my clothes and my mother's with them at the beginning of the day and at the end of the night our clothes were all smelly and dry, promptly to be used again the next day. The bed is very comfortable, the environment is familiar, it is not noisy, the owner is a respectable and very kind man, he helped me with everything I needed. May God bless this place and make them prosper more and more, no doubt when I come back I want to stay here again!!!! 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷💝🙏🏻

Excellent traditional Riad accommodation. The rooms are clean , well decorated, with all facilities. They give clean crisp towels. The place is just in Old historical town where all the action is- no need to keep taking taxis . We saved lots of money on taxis. The roof top is very scenic with tables and chairs and even traditional pillows and mattresses to sit or lay. Getting to the place is very easy, remember Racif square- all taxis and cars come there and from there are porters with big wheels carts to take our luggage for just 20 dirhams ( 2 € ) to the Riyad/ Hotel, we even used those porters to bring our bags from the Riyad to the square and take taxi while leaving.
The staff are the crowning glory, there are 2 guys with the same name Said1 and Said 2 😀, it’s very difficult to pick who is the best. One of them was waiting for us at the Racif square at night 1.30 am to welcome us and take us to the Riad as our chauffeur arranged by the Riad ( we paid 25€) brought us from the airport . Said got us to the Riad and got us to our rooms and’s took our bags too, and even brought bottled water and refused to take money. The other Said next day explained all the touristic places and arranged incredible delicious breakfast on rooftop which was included in our stay. The lady in the kitchen is a polite caring person and makes delicious food. She brought us mint tea freshly prepared by her to the rooftop. They all 3 helped us in many ways and made our stay comfortable and memorable. I will come again just to meet them and absorb their genuine smiles.
The property is traditional and classy hence does not have elevator. Climbing stairs are sometimes tedious. The staff totally helps in carrying our bags. But we did not ask them to carry us on their backs 😜😂. We considered climbing stairs as our workout for our thighs and feet.

The two Saids are very welcoming and hospitable.
The room for the first two days was extremely noisy, with all the windows (without glass) overlooking the Medina. We asked to be moved and were accommodated without any problems because the situation was well known! The reception is practically non-existent, and if you want to find someone, you have to seize the moment. Last year we stayed at a riad that was much cheaper and offered far better facilities. Lastly (and this is a major issue), there was a total lack of transparency regarding costs. We never received an invoice for anything, despite paying strictly in cash.
