All of the staff I interacted with, from the personal tour I received on arrival, to housekeeping, bar and restaurant attendants were very helpful and friendly. Most of the staff speak English very well, which was a plus since my Spanish is not that good. The guides for the hikes and activities were excellent and well informed on the history, wildlife, plants and geology of the area. Hikes and trips for all levels of guests. The attitude of everyone working there was positive and upbeat. The restaurant was very good, and I was pleased at the quality of the spirits and wines served in the bar and restaurant. Stunning location. A very good experience.
A minor thing--While there was a good selection of wines to choose from in the restaurant, and I found several that fit my taste preferences, I was disappointed that the selection never changed much, if at all, the whole time I was there. The wines were good, but after a few days I was hoping to have a chance to taste other Chilean wines, a different cabernet, carmenere, or chardonnay, etc. It seemed like it would be a good opportunity for guests to be exposed to more Chilean wines (which are very good).

Perfect location with views of the mountain, lake, and waterfall. Friendly mountain guides offering daily planning was great.
The spa at lakeshore is beautiful with lake as a cold plunge. An extra sign for the spa at the boardwalk, and letting the guests know to wear shoes walking down the boardwalk would be helpful.
