The outdoor pool and facilities

The bedrooms decor is plain and standard for a 5 star hotel. We had his and hers sinks in the bathroom and both were blocked. There was a really damp smell coming from the third floor as soon as you come out of the lift. The smell was also in our room, smelt like a horrible damp cloth. I guess this was coming from the air conditioning system.

Great facility for families.

The menu lacks variety, and the prices are quite high, often forcing guests to order from outside. This should be reconsidered.

Lovely hotel and plenty of pools for the kids to play in. The food, room we had was nice. Had a suite with breakfast and club access

1-Smell of the apartment because of the wood decoration 2- no clear information we need to pull information about parking, breakfast buffet we did not know there are 2 options, use buggy for moving anywhere 3- need to wait for a buggy/golf cart for more than 12 minutes every time we go to the main building for breakfast and to get our car 4- the nearest beach to my apartment was closed so need to walk under the sun for 10 minutes with my 4 years kid A lot of not professional issues and this absolutely the last time at this hotel
