The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful old part of Boulogne, with views of the cathedral dome and ramparts - there are some great bars and restaurants in this area. The secure, private parking is a real bonus as public parking can be hard to find in this area. The hotel bar is great, not expensive with a lovely outside seating area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the double bed in our room was comfortable and a good size.
Our room was rather small and basic
and the shower room was quite a tight space. The water pressure in the shower wasn't as powerful as we've come to expect from an Ibis hotel. The entrance to the car park is quite tight and awkward to access - this could be a problem for larger vehicles.

The hotel is well situated across the road from the ramparts: we toured them, and popped into the Cathedral, on a short walk before and after a good early dinner in a nearby bistro. The hotel's garage was full, but we were able to park gratuit across the road. We had a comfortable, peaceful night's sleep in room 219, which packed everything you need in a small space. The shower worked well. Breakfast was varied.
The plug in the basin didn't work, so water was wasted when shaving. (And it was a cool, windy evening!)

room Clean. Great location. Right next to the main attractions. Car park right opposite. good location with kids.
Nice breakfast with oat milk available and fresh squeezed orange juice
Room too hot. When opened window the noise of cars speeding at 3am was very loud. Shower made while bathroom wet.
