Location, pleasant area and good value
Broken window lock but didn’t really impact much due to window height

Easy to find once you eventually got through the slow streets of London.
Parking spaces, although please be aware that comes at an extra cost.
As a summer stay, the curtains didn’t block out the early morning sun and the skylight was over the master bed with no curtain.

The area and location were great and private parking was fantastic. Great place to stay for access to Camden. Tube station less than 5 minutes walk and only 3 stops to Camden, fantastic. Finding somewhere in London with affordable parking is difficult so this is a big advantage to this hotel.
The bed had broken boards and was uncomfortable, this really should be addressed and new bed purchased. The room was spacious but needs some upkeep. The furniture was damaged, flooring worn and chipped, was like a low budget hotel or hostel. The carpets on the stairs were filthy, bin bags full of smelly rubbish in corridors.
