Location was great - just round the corner from Mysuru Palace. Lots of attractions within easy walking or tuktuk range. Restaurant was fantastic, room was a great size. We even had a small balcony. A perfect base for exploring Mysuru

Food is quite expensive compared to local restaurants. At least breakfast could be included in the package.

We booked a comfort room with smoking for a day. The bed was clean, nice hot water and close to mysore palace. Staff was very nice.
We had to ask for a different room as 1st one was very dirty and toilet had human hair in it. Even after getting a different room the furniture like lights, Tv, side tables, ceiling, mirror were dirty and not maintained well. It was very expensive compared to the quality we got. The shower was broken, sink tap was outdated and the toilet was not as clean. The flush was leaking. The bathroom had mold issues.
This seems like an old hotel with a lot of potential that needs a major makeover. Everything was outdated for the price we paid. They should really reduce their prices for the quality they provide or have a major makeover.
