Great central location, rooms were clean and bad was comfortable. Lovely friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast.
The decor is a little shabby and the stair cases are quite tricky especially carrying luggage.

Breakfast choice was very good.
Room was on the top floor and we are old age pensioners.
Not happy that we couldn't park at the hotel and had to pay at a public car park

Location excellent, able to use Vine carpark. Bed comfortable, fan in the room. Dinner good and great value for money. Good breakfast choice. Staff pleasant and welcoming but too few of them!
Dirty tissue on the carpet, sloppy cleaning. Sash window would not stay open, had to jam with cardboard. Some mould on bathroom ceiling, shower head/hose could not be removed. Brown marks in the bath. Too few staff spread thinly.
