Comfortable beds.
Good variety for breakfast.
Wide choice on evening meal menu.
No supporting grab bars for the shower which was over the bath.

Where do I start - the room I was given first (No. 10) was perfectly fine and functional.
The breakfast was perfectly fine the following morning, although the options are a little limited and odd compared to many other hotels with cooked breakfast made to order.
Credit where it's due, the issues were all dealt with and overall the stay turned out ok, although cannot help the bittersweet aftertaste which means I will likely not be back.
Room was extremely cold - I understand that heating must have been on the summer mode still but in that case either portable heaters or aircon should be available.
Next up, bathroom, with a broken shower head which was carefully positioned on the edge of the bathtub - surely by housekeeping and not the previous guest as the room was clean. Why would you just leave it instead of fixing!?
Finally, the dinner - chicken korma here must be avoided like the plague, the most tasteless, bland and watery mush ever, resembles some chicken breast microwaved in a supermarket value curry sauce from a jar ... Awful!
All of the above was reported and after much deliberation and waiting for at least half an hour, the heating was turned on, I was moved to another room (No. 8) which was perfectly fine and even had a working shower. Oh and my dinner was refunded in cash.
