A fantastic little find in a quite area. Friendly staff and excellent service when your out on the road.
Walking through the restaurant to be shown to my room. I would of preferred a separate entrance.
But that wouldn't put me off staying again.

Lovely location and old listed building. Reaching distance from derby but without having to stay in city centre. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The place is a bit tired, needs refurbishing/painting etc. this should be reflected in the price as I felt the price we paid was a lot for a mediocre stay.
