The room is clean. The towels can go for a change of new ones. Shower head was attached to the wall making it a bit difficult for bathing and its using bath tub. Considering the seniors, it might be a bit difficult to climb into the bath tub so maybe can consider a shower area with detachable shower head. Breakfast is simple but it's still okay. Location of the hotel is strategic near eateries and the food court is just across the road of the hotel. Behind is the KSL Mall.
Towels and bathroom can be look into for consideration.

Very convenient sebab ada direct lift from the carpark straight to the room floor, so senang especially kalau bawa luggage.
security could be improved since anyone from the carpark seems to be able to access the room floors directly.

Location, room size, friendly staff and free sheltered car parks despite is rather narrow going up and down.
This may be my 2nd or 3rd time commenting on your soiled bath and face towels otherwise our stay experience will be even much better and happier.
