The one bed apartment was nice, good pressure hot shower. Felt safe with security at the gate. It was a good location with a moped or if you want to get taxis to the beach. Staff were helpful when you ask for something you need. Enjoyed the balcony.
I was is studio apartment originally and it was quite noisy with a train line nearby. I had a similar issue in the one end room but it wasn’t as bad. I was moved promptly when I raised the issue which was good.
I didn’t find the ends to be very comfortable in either room but this may be a person preference.
On arrival nothing was explained to me about breakfast, the discount scheme I had read about online for nearby locations.
Although the staff wanted to check I was happy and ok which I appreciated I found the number of calls a little frustrating as I wanted to relax and if I had needed something I would have asked. Again, Possibly my personal preference as others may have appreciated the attentiveness

Clean and large rooms, spic and span bathroom, drawings of Goan culture on all the walls and around the property, very very quiet and peaceful surroundings, ever-ready-to-help personnel, modern look yet contemporary feel.
Wish they had an in-house, on-demand food order process, especially dinner. Could include basic local food such as Goan fish curry and rice. (P.S. - They could have a tie-up with locals and patrons can order directly from the locals)

I had a fantastic experience here. The property is beautiful, and my room was exceptionally clean with fantastic amenities. What truly set it apart, though, was the incredible hospitality—the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even following up thoughtfully after my departure to ensure I had a safe and smooth journey home. Highly recommended.
