Rooms were quiet and had a good selection of crockery and cutlery. It is near the tram stop from the station. Next door to a large U supermarket which made getting supplies easy. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Adequate wardrobe facilities. Temperature of room was pleasant. Trans were great. There were some restaurants nearby.
Narrow access to dining table and having to move chairs in and out of the room each time. First receptionist we met was not very welcoming although others were. No safe. Harsh lighting in eating area. It was a bit of a walk to the town centre, although mostly flat, still a potential issue if you have mobility issues. Tram doesn't directly serve the town centre.

the black guy at the reception on night shift was very grumpy and arrogant the way he was talking he think he’s the owner of the place. the management should sack him!
