Clean and well laid out

Room was small but quite adequate

The whole experience was a very welcome and comfortable overnight break. We loved having the use of a warm, clean swimming pool during the exceptional heat wave this year. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was very important to us that our vehicle was safe overnight because we were broken into and had to windows smashed during the night when we stayed at another chain of hotels in Grenoble 2 years ago. So your external CCTV and 24 hour security service was the key reason we chose your hotel.

Only one improvement would have been to have tea and coffee making facilities within our bedroom, like some hotels provide. Had this been in place we would have given you the maximum overall rating of a 10.

Close to autostrada

Family had an argument in our corridor at 3am

Good value for money, clean and staff are very nice/polite.

Rooms are a bit small, no elevator, food servic is good but food itself is acceptable but not great.
