Like a stay from home.

Kim and Rose were very friendly and helpful. We felt very relaxed and made to feel very welcome. The pool was also very refreshing and the view at the rear of the property is beautiful.

It was a 15 minute walk into the old town but other than that. We really liked it.

provide great services and friendly staff

The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. They can arrange airport and train station transfers and book tickets for guests. I got the ticket from them for the Hoi An Memories Show, which is really near the place. The location is excellent, just a 7 to 10-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town. There is also a kid zone at the pool, so parents don't have to worry much about their safety.

one of the great family stay in Hoi an

very friendly place, a family business so they worked with the passion, love and friendly! we had a great stay here and our kids love swiming there. it was comfortable and private, nice breakfast that was enough to start your day!

A wonderful experience overall.

Me and my husband went to a trip in Hoi an and this place is a wonderful place to stay in. The staff at Riverside Impression Villa went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. My husband really enjoyed the owners bonsai collection and the koi fish pond. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

staff were helpful with sorting out taxis, trips and room Maintainance

the air conditioning units in both rooms were not functioning adequately. The fridge froze our drinks because it was faulty

Lovely stay in a quieter area. Loved watching the water buffalo from the room. The bonsai trees and koi pond were lovely.

Very good

great place, we aware on the 3rd floor and stairs were easy to climb. kids loved the pool, we were in it everyday. nice location with it backing onto a small river/stream. easy to get in and out of the Old Town.

Everything to be honest, just can not fault anything, first impression I had was the friendly staff, very helpful and extremely polite, secondly the presentation of the villa, tidy clean and beautifully presented, and for the price that I paid proved to be 100% value for money, plus I stayed an extra day which was not planned, thank you to the lovely staff x

Very good

The staff went out of their way to help us, to recommend restaurants, book transport. Breakfast was really good nice view. They organised a birthday cake for my daughter which was lovely

Good stay with friendly host

I really liked the host girl, she was nice , friendly and super helpful with everything. The room was good for the price.

AC was a bit bad and it got hot, but it was doable.

I am satisfied with the quality, and definitely recommend it to others when they visit Hoi An

I used to stay here 3 years ago and when I came back everything was still excellent to me. The facilities are wonderful, the swimming pool is about 5ft2 suitable for both adults and children. Breakfast is buffet-style with a mix of both Western and Vietnamese dishes. I had a chance to try some specialty dishes in Hoi An like Cao Lao or Banh Mi that were made by the villa. What I love most about this place is the staff services, from the reception to the housekeepers. They express their conscientiousness and create a friendly and family atmosphere for the guests. To be honest, I searched online and found that their services like motorbike rental or laundry are not very expensive, about the same as outside places.

Lovely homely atmosphere and about ten minutes walk to the old town. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful views and a beautiful garden. Best collection of bonsai trees I have ever seen in a private collection. Well worth a visit

Chill oasis on the river

Perfect hotel on the river, distance close to old city (about 1 km / 12 min walking). Nice mornings on the river with the view of nature. Very cosy garden, good breakfast and ..... briliant staff!!!! We get help in all extra tours and transportations. Thanks!!! We wil stay here again on the next trip to Hoi An for sure. Highly recomend.

All minor complains was overcompensated by the staff attention and hospitality

nice place to stay near from the center and away from the crowd

A very nice address not far from the center, the view over the paddy field was amazing in the morning. The family room was big and quiet. Management team was friendly and helpful. you can get bicycle for free.

The play list in the restaurant, always the same instrumental playlist heard in all Vietnam !
