Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die alles hat und in der wir uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Hermanus! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

The location was perfect - close to the town so that we could walk to all the shops and restaurants but far enough that it was quiet.
The pool was lovely and the fact that it was heated was an unexpected bonus. The house was really well equipped, with enough plates, cups and everything you might need to cook - the air fryer was a pleasant surprise since we use it all the time at home too.
The cleaner was pleasant and helpful and the place was well cleaned and maintained.

Within walking distance to main areas during the day. Had a good range of white goods and facilities.
Property was poorly maintained. Windows and doors were ill fitting although bars were fitted. The upper bathroom was warped and would not close and had no bars so basically a security issue.
On arrival we were advised the tumble dryer broke that morning. The TV was faulty and could not be fixed for 2 days. A broken TV was installed 2 days later and a 3rd used TV would not be available until we left. Workmen were left unaccompanied as owner had other things to do. No safe for our valuables. On asking for resolution (day 1) the owner suggested we move advising that if we couldn't find anywhere he would (message pic attached). At no point was access denied for workmen provided accompanied by owner who was living next door.
