Ideal location, very centrally located, close to all history sites
Confortable family room, well equipped, simple design.
Balcony and confortable beds.
Small bathroom but ok.
Wifi ok.
Minibar well supplied but you have to pay by cash only the minibar which was not clear at the beginning.
Breakfast was ok, with a limited choice compared to other hotels in the Balkans.
Very nice rooftop terrace with cocktails and beautiful view.
The hotel kindky helped us with a free shuttle from and to the bus station, it was very helpful.
Family run hotel.
Part of the staff at the reception did not speak English which could lead to some confusion.
Very low light in the bathroom (room 111), no shower gel provided (only shampoo and conditioner, hand soap at the sink). The temperature of the water was inverted in the shower which was ok once we understood it :)
A bit noisy due to the rooftop on the 3rd floor.
