Location. Clean.
Very small bed. The room was very warm.

Quiet street off main road into town. Easy flat walk to main restaurants. Comfortable beds, towels very fluffy.
Water in system took some time to figure out, an instruction sheet should be provided.
Wi fi weak 24/7. When it’s documented in the welcome file that it can have issues , that means you have the issue FREQUENTLY so perhaps put a stronger system in

The location was great
The accomodation was not cheap but lacked the same facilities and quality that a hotel would. These guest houses shower head leaked water and as a result had limited pressure, the bathroom light was non functioning and the tea / coffee making facilities rudimentary.
