Outside areas, kitchen, really lovely staff, people staying were lovely. Location close to the river, loved it.!!
I felt sorry for the guy whos bed was right next to the bathroom door. If a dormitory room is ensuite, beds should be a reasonable distance away from the bathroom, otherwise it seems unfair for those who end up next to facilities with loud doors/extractor fans and bright lights that need to be used by up to ten people throughout the day/night.
My bed (room 8 top bunk immediately on the left) had a structural issue where the frame would bang when i moved from the end to the middle of the bed, even if i moved gently. (likely bowing of the metal grid under the mattress) it must have been very annoying for the person sleeping beneath me. Obviously these are things that management wont find out without customers passing on the message so this is mostly just me reporting something that needs attention, rather than complaining.
Room could have done with a bit more ventilation at night.
One last thing, very confusing- google map brings you to the front of the hostel (riverside) where there is a bar with a locked gate and no sign or access to the hostel. At night this is disorienting and you have to walk round the block to access the hostel. Found this frustrating after a long travel, not sure if you can ammend googles error but just wanted to mention.

I had a wonderful stay. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful area by the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and I would happily stay here again.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very pleasant experience.

Central location on an island. Nice.
No air conditioner. No curtains. Locker is a strange solution. It’s the simplest hostel. It looks like it was designed more with the hosts’ comfort in mind than the guests’.
