Excellent location, close to many restaurants cafe’s etc. Public transport close by. Would stay again and recommend to other travellers. Access to apartment was by code making it very easy not having to carry keys.
Really not Issues but did find communication response a little slow, we did not have a local sim so needed to wait until WIFI was available to receive some responses.

Very easy to access. We booked a parking space also, and you just need to enter via the parking, go upstairs to the reception where they give you the details to access to the apartment (it's not a hotel reception, I think it's a private building). They give you a closed envelope with the code to enter to the appartment (there is no key).
Since there are no keys to give back, no need to check out, just leave the appartment and go. They payment was done using the details we gave at booking time.
The appartment was very clean and confortable.

The location is excellent, close to lots of shops, restaurants and the metro. The staff are friendly and helpful. On site parking is available and is not too expensive.
The cleanliness of the property when we arrived. The floors were dirty and there was lots of dust in the bathroom and someone elses hair in the sink.
