Very clean, lovely decor, amazing views and location, very tasty continental breakfast, free WiFi and secure parking.
Flat pillows, wafer thin walls, you could hear any slight noise, even the locks in the neighbouring rooms. Would not recommend for people with small children due to thin walls and lack of facilities. No cots or high chairs available, also the smallest noise was frowned upon and we were constantly given the looks by the owner or other guests who wanted library silence. Balcony door had no lock, which is a major safety issue if you have small kids. The gap between the fence on the balcony was big enough for a two year old to fall through. The toilet seat nearly fell off the wall, broken knobs on the wardrobe and missing one on the chest of draws leaving an exposed nail. People in the room next door watched tv so loud until midnight we could not sleep. Owner/manager seemed very unfriendly and unapproachable. Didn’t bother to speak to us or to check if we were happy or needed anything. Didn’t feel like valued customers at all. Very strange, especially as we come from UK where customer service in hospitality is so much better.
