Didn't stay for breakfast and the location was fine.
The facilities were a bit tired and in need of a tidy up. E.G. a paint job, a new sink bench and an upgrade to the shower area.

This is the closest accommodation to an event I go to each year.
Every year this place gets a little worse. The toilet was on a lean. There weren’t enough cups or bowls for the people staying. The place smelt musty and there was a full ‘Damp Rid’ container in one of the wardrobes. Mattresses are SHOCKING. The afterhours phone number didn’t connect either.
