Location and staff are nice
A bit old villa lots of things to be fixed and didn’t maintain well makes the place awful

1) The price of stay.
2) Better than staying at a hostel for the price.
3) Bought large bottle of water, but only had half, the staff was kind to accept the rest on a later time. 4) Scooter available to rent there.
5) Quiet part of town.
6) buildings looks good.
7) staff was helpful to help look for a bus to PP.

This is an wonderful place to stay. The staff are very friendly and it's close to nature as well as close to the city. The pool is really private and refreshing on a hot Cambodia day!
I would highly recommend the place!
They even have free bicycles that you can use in front of the Villa!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - helped book our transfer to Phnom Penh

Room smelt like old cigarettes
extra charge for AC $5
Room wasn’t very clean
Very poor shower
Leaky bathroom tap
Bad wifi
Overall very dated
Pool wasn’t very clean
Uncomfortable beds and very hard pillows
