The room was on the river and we had a very pleasant and relaxing time sitting and having a quiet drink. The bedding was super comfortable. WIFI was good. It was easy access to the highlights of Monshau. The host was friendly and contactable. We would stay there again.
Shower was hard to adjust, the fridge had no freezer, heating did not work, windows were dirty. The instructions to get to the property were very confusing and took us to the wrong accommodation.

Great location, directly in Monschau
Access to a sitting area (patio) overlooking the river
Only one window in the room opened; the handles on the rest were broken. It was a hot week, and we wanted to make a draft.
Parking paid extra; just include it in the price in the future
Apartment without character; photos were promising more soul

Central location with own parking
The water in the shower and kitchen was impossible to control. Either boiling hot or ice cold, no reaction from the staff and problem not solved during the stay.
