Location.
Staff started moving golf buggies around outside our window at 5am. Also talked loudly as they did so, waking a few of our group.

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and of good quality.
Very minor. But just little things like how to check-in, like being told to enter the golf club, where to park - as there are a few options. Im a very anxious person and on arrival, there was an empty entrance to the accommodation and I had no idea how to inform people that id arrived and didn't know how to get our key. So I phoned them, then I was given instructions on how to check in.
