Hotel is in an excellent location - easy walk to the pubs and cafes. Our Queen Executive Double Room was spacious and appeared to have been refurbished recently. The check in process was easy, and we were given some great recommendations for dinner and breakfast ideas (loved The Vault for breakfast).
Our only issue was the 'hit and miss' housekeeping. The first day our beds were made (though no towel changes which is quite common these days). The second day bed was not made, floor not vacuumed and coffee pods not replaced (bath towels were replaced however). We also noted the shower door ledge was not clean though the rest of the shower area was fine. Not a deal breaker but the issues were noticeable.

Good sized room, friendly staff on check in. Easy access to parking

Centrally located in town. Could walk to hotels & RSL for dinner as well as main town street.
Housekeeping of room. Could be done. Towels were changed each day but no cleaning or bed making.

Location good.
First in first served onsite parking too small for larger vehicles. Had to park in back lane.

"The gentleman at the front desk was great. Rooms were clean which is important to me with a child with allergies"
