The Location, the size of the rooms, the safety improvements, friendly staff, the breakfast included and delicious.
The environment around the hotel smells like garbage. It’s a city issue.

The Hotel is small, so is easy to access everywhere
The breakfast

For a relatively expensive hotel, it's lacking a lot of amenities that I take for granted. Rooms have no refrigerators, and they don't have any microwaves either. And the beds definitely are uncomfortable. Very hard.
More amenities, better mattresses.

The pool was nice and the breakfast
I did not liked about the property that the bed were hard and no refrigerator in the room not even microwave and the staff were not nice.
