The staff here were fabulous. From when we arrived, everyone was welcoming and on hand for any requests. We managed to check in an hour or so earlier (as they had availability) but if you can't, it's easy enough to leave your luggage. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and rooms were clean. We had breakfast with our booking and you can choose from the menu which differs each day. The chef's poached eggs were absolutely delicious and other options also tasty. Plugs close to the beds were good too. A few restaurants and shops below so you can pick up water etc. Overall, pleased with this stay.
Not close to easy public transport so needed to get taxis.

It's an old British Raj hotel, which still retains that era. Excellent service, very polite and friendly staff. Great value for money.
