Exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and our host looked after all our requests with a smile. What else could you wish for. Also, we had our dog with us, and she was spoilt rotten. We will definitely be back.

Liked the bedding and the towels, good quality! Peaceful and quiet village - nice enclosed garden for the dog when her cats aren’t out. Great breakfast!
Awkward check in!! …. had booked a deluxe suite, and had confirmation from booking.com of my booking along with photos of the room ( the deluxe suite)
The hostess was adamant I was in a double room , which only had 1 bed, no balcony and no bath , she said it was booking.coms fault , I really had to stand my ground and assert myself, and even after showing her my reservation ( proof ) she still tried to insist this was not what I had booked . It got tiresome until she eventually agreed to let me stay in what I had booked !!! like she was doing me a favour !!!! Didn’t appreciate being made to feel like I was in the wrong and she was “out of the goodness of her heart” letting me stay in the suite I had booked . I use booking.com all the time, this has never happened, and so can’t help feeling like she was trying it on because she would have had a bigger room to clean !!! I have the genius status on booking.com and this suite was an upgrade .What she tried to put us in , (the double room ) could not have possibly been an upgrade because there were no rooms of lower standard than the double room … Tells you all you need to know !….. Clean, and good breakfast though !
