Great location close to shops and train station. Clean room with comfy bed, Aircon worked great.
There was only 3 washing machines for whole building, needs machines on every 2nd floor at least. Breakfast was not worth the money as it had little choice and mainly Japanese style, would have liked more western options.

Hotel is a little bit nicer than others in the area and it's well priced. Convenient location to the train station and many other shops. There was a mattress topper which made the bed a lot more comfortable than normal.
I've been to Japan a few times and I always take my own pillow when travelling to Japan. Their definition of Western Style pillow definitely is not on par.

Very convenient location. 4 minute walk to train stations. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops around. Hotel is newer, very comfortable room. The breakfast is excellent. Good value hotel.
Nothing.

Location only 5 minutes walk from kashiwa train station but keep in mind very far from Tokyo city
They gave us a smoking room for our first night of stay and couldn't sleep all night and had allergies kick in
