location was super, just infront of turtle point in the east of gili air, direct snorkeling infront of the hotel, breakfast is ok
soap and shampoo does not have labels, i did not know which one is which. some electric plug did not work properly

Good family room. Very spacious and nice. Just by the beach. Nice breakfast that you can have at the beach too. They have some tables and loungers at the beach that you can use for free. They also provide beach towels.
Breakfast service was a bit slow.

We stayed in the big family bungalow. It was comfortable enough with good beds but not as described. There are two bedrooms separated by a set of stairs, but no door, and no living area. Beach towels and drinking water are available on request. Hot water in the showers.
The bar and pool area are run down. For the price of the family bungalow I expected more. Staff were quite pushy with the snorkelling tour etc.
