Value and location access to 2 train stations, Meitetsu Gifu , and another Gifu JRLine.
I stayed for 2 weeks, so after 3 breakfast I got tired of the food. It is the same food that repeat daily. For those who stay 1 or 2 days, it is OK.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's a 5-minute walk to JR Gifu station and an 8-minute walk to Meitetsu-Gifu Station. There's one bus stop near the hotel, but I mostly used the one next to the station.
The room was quite spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My room overlooked the station, but I couldn't hear any noise. There was a beer festival going on near the station that evening, but I didn't hear a thing, and I slept well.
You can use your laptop at evening in the restaurant if you need to work. There's a coin laundry.
The breakfast was delicious! And there's something new every day.
The staff was very friendly and really helped me with my suitcase before check-in and after check-out.
Gifu has many interesting temples, and there are hiking trails to choose from, depending on your level and experience. Even though it was rainy, I really enjoyed admiring the panorama of the city at night from the top of Gifu Castle. By the way, in Gifu Mt. Kinka Ropeway Base Station you can find the most delicious dorayaki in the world!
Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to explore Kawaramachi as I planed. I'd love to visit this wonderful city again and see the sights I missed. And I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Staff were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was also well done.
The room was not very clean upon arrival and had an odd smell . It was clear that the cleaning was done quickly and just surface level. The walls had some kind of substance on them that needed to be wiped down and the floor had a lot of dust on it. The area where the bed meets the wall there is a space where you can see the floor it’s clear the floor on this area had not been vacuumed for a long time a lot of unidentifiable materials like dust skin cells and dirt were piled.
